The organizers of the Diagnostic May 2015 Conference will publish Impacted Monograph entitled: “Current problems of coagulation laboratory diagnostics in Poland” both in Polish and English languages.
The monograph would be reviewed – which is most important criterium evaluating the paper to publicity.
The clause to qualify the article to print is achieving positive review and meeting editorial requirements.

MS word file format, at least 20 pages (40k characters includind spaces)

A4 page format both side printed
12 points large Times New Roman Font
Footnotes – 10 points Times New Roman Font
Spacing: 1,5 page numbering in lower distal corners
Margins 2,5 cm or thicker
Work must contain:
Introduction
Purpose
Discussion
Applications
Summation
Bibliography
Summary must contain at least 14001800 characters (including spaces)
2 to 4 keywords
First page layout needs to contain: Title, Summary and Keywords in Polish language
Second page layout must contain Title, Summary and Keywords in English Language
Need to be legible, MS‐Windows editable or additionally printed in high quality (allowing edition)
Photographs at least 300 dpi, only with TIF or BMP extensions or possibly in original camera format
All pictures included in text should be delivered as stand‐alone files
All graphic elements need to have sources marked respecting copywright laws, with written original author’s permition
Illustration and tables sized with margins and spacing as described above for text formatting, monochromatic
Bibligraphy in alphabetical order as exampled below:
Books – Author, Title, Publisher, Publicity Place and Time, Page
Journal Articles: Author, Title, Year, Number and Page
